Tour our Nature Center exhibits and the Lodge above!
The Nature Center houses over 40 species of live animals, exhibits, taxidermy mounts of native wildlife, spectacular views and more! Here is current list of our animals (updated 11/27/19). Many of them are animal ambassadors that can visit your school, scout troop, camp, or community center. Animals, like all living things, change, grow, and pass away. And our animals may be out on programs, in a different location due to weather, off-exhibit for training or for quiet rest, so there may be different animals on view from visit to visit.
When you come visit, some of our animals can be viewed year-round in their outdoor enclosures -- our Great Horned Owl, Sophie, and our Red-Tailed Hawk, Hank, really enjoy being outside even in the winter as long as it's warmer than 20 degrees! Explore our Nature Center and Museum inside and out to spot all of our animals!
